Basketball

Hi, The heat basketball started up again this week and we are better then ever. We went down for a tournment in mesquete and we kicked butt. I am really excited for christmas and I want an Ipod or a x box three sixty. we are doing some more tournements this year and i am really excited.

Sorry I havn't been able to post some comments on my blog. The reason why is because I have been really busy with football.

My team went undefeated in the season and lost to the dixie team in the semi-finals. WE now are in the allstars and have a game Dec. 3 and it is part of the rotary bowl. The heat starts the day before the game and we are ready to kick some more butt this season. I am also playing on the washington county allstars and play in Vegas next weekend. We will see you next time.

Football Again

My football teamis doing awesome this year! We are now 3-0 it is so fun. Last night we were supposed to blay the vikings (a Dixie team) and we got all set up and then there was a power puff collage game so they kicked us off. Everyone was sooooooooooo mad including me, but at least I got to see my sister play Good job! you are awewsome good job scoring 2/3ds of the goals.

The desert hills final football game is tonight and they had a O.K. season. When or should i say if i make the team we will be pretty good. See ya later

Our football team is now 2-0! I have had 4 sacks and a deflected pass, it has been a awesom year. This week we play my old dixie team we should win there record is 2-1 they have playede three games because we had a by the first week. Brit has a game this week vs. Hurricane good luck. My mim did her first triathlion last week and she did great well thats it for now,

FOOTBALL!(and school)

Football started this week yes finallly! And of course school again. I am x-ed again this year and will be next year too. I think we will have a good season this yaer. All of my friends are on my team this year too. The first Desert Hills football game was on friday. They played Uinta and killed them. school started and all of my classes are just o.k. Nothing is really going on so comment after.

AAU Championship!

On monday we drove up to Salt Lake for a basketball tournament with the Heat. It was probably the last game with them so i played really hard. I stayed at my cousins Zachs house in Lehi, that was really fun!

On Monday i had a game at 8:00 that night, we played 8th graders and we lost by only two! We were down by 4 with 4 seconds left. Our plan was to cach and shoot and then as soon as the ball went through the net we would slap the ball to try to get a technical foul (that was my job.) It didn't work as planned the shooter made the lay -up but then he gave the ball to the ref so it didn't work.

I won the first two games on tuesday so we made the semi- championship for 2nd se killed so we got 2nd. I thought The heat did awesome this season and i hope i can play again but i probably cant because i am going out for boarder leauge.

Jeff and his kids are coming down this week and we are going to go boating tomorrow so see ya later

boating!

Today we went boating, i knee boarding and wakeboarding! The water was soooooooo smooth the only other wake were the little ducks swimming! when I wakeboarded i am able to switch feet so today i tried to do it in the air and I pretty much killed my self. I tried to 1 ski water ski but it didn't get up to. the other thing was just hanging out on the boat! I am sad to have summer end but I am also kind of excited for school but i am way excited for the tourney next week !

carlsbad!!!

on the 28th of june we went to carlsbad califorina. we left at 4:30 in the morning and got there at 1:00 califorina time. It didn't seem like a short drive there, but on the way home it was a killer. As soon as we got there we went straight to the beach and got in. It felt so good after being in the car for that long. The first day was the nicest because the sun was out and it was hot, all the other days it was cloudy and windy but it was still fun.

we took a ton of pictures but in all of them someone waasn't looking. One of the nights we went to dinner and on the way home we stoppedin like a doggie store! They had dog shirts, dog strollers, dog blankets and a dog hat! Brittany said " if I ever see a dog in a stoller i will die!" So on the way home we did and it was really funny!

The last day there some people caught a leopard shark! My sister held it and so did my grandma but um... not for me

I had a blast there and hope to go there sometime soon. I will post after my tournament in S.L.C. for a A.A.U. championship.

Summer Games and Vegas!

Summer games was great. Because of our wins the first two days, we got to go to the medal games the next day. We lost our first game to Wasatch to a 6'3 carrothead kid guarding. I got a double-double in the games. Thanks Rich and my sister Britt for keeping track. For the bronze medal we had to play a team from Sprinvale. It was a close game but thanks to good free throw shooters on my team we won by two. Unfortunately I fouled out in the fourth quarter. We ended up getting 3rd place with a sweet bronze medal. It was fun because we played my old team from Salt Lake. They were really good, we lost, but it was fun seeing all my friends again. The next saturday I went down to Vegas to play in the Vegas Tourney. We killed our first game, so we got to play for the gold medal. I think we should have changed what we did in the three hour time period in between games then spending an hour and a half in game stop. Because we lost our by three, but we still got to take home a silver medal. I played great. This week we are going to Carlsbad, California. It is right next to San Diego. I will blog again after that. Over and Out.

University of Utah Basketball Camp

This past week I went up to SLC to the University of Utah bball camp. I stayed at my cousins house, he lives by the U and went to camp with me. We played basketball from 9:00-4:00 Monday through Thursday. My 5 on 5 coach was the one of the Utah coaches, he was good. We went 3-1, and made it to the semi-finals. My 4-on-4 coach was Shawn Green-He is a shooting guard for the U, and he is a senior. We lost in the championship game.

I made it to the finals in the 1-on-1 tournament but lost to a 6-foot black kid with a huge fro! I really don't think he is 12, more like 15. We had a speaker every day after lunch, my favorite one was a guy that played for the Sonics, but then played for the European All-star team. He talked about shooting and free throws. I learned a lot. Camp was great! I will go back again next year.

This week I have tons of games coming up. Summer games on Mon, tue, and Wed. Las vegas tournament on Saturday. I will report next week after winning two golds.

fun but busy week

This week was one of the best weeks of the summer! The monday after the tourney in Vegas I started the Dixe basketball camp, it went until Thursday. We played tons of games and 5 on 5 and 3 on 3. I got to the semi-finals in the 3 on 3 tourney. On Tuesday I went to the Desert Hills Thunder football camp. I had to miss a little of bball to go, but it was better than bball anyway. All of the coaches already knew me, so they favored me. they designed plays for me and I scored a lot. I can't wait for football to start and to go to the Desert Hills games. I'm playing a basketball team in Hurricane tomorrow, we were supposed to play in a tournament, but not enough teams signed up, so we're just playing 1 or 2 games. I bet we'll kill them! We are probably going to go boating tomorrow too!

Basketball in Vegas!

On this Saturday we went down to Las Vegas to the Hiemrich YMCA gym. We played three basketball games. The first one was against a team call Vegas Elite Bronze. We won that game 32 to 12. I scored 10 points, I play power forward and center. We had a break in between games. During this time I got the new Nike solders. They are Lebrons signature shoe. The second game we played Old Vegas, they are the team with the same matching socks and shoes, they even had cheer leaders. My mom got pissed off at them because they were blocking the game. With three minutes left the game it was tied, and we got a lane violation on a free throw, that lost the game for us. Then in the third game we lost by two in overtime. We played Vegas Elite Gold. We finished the games of the day our record was 1-2. But overall we are 3-3. I had fun playing in Vegas yesterday, but I am very sore today. :(
